1967 Willam City

M. Willam was president of Lambretta France, his connections allowing him to create a large microcar empire in France in the next two decades. His first car, this one, was the Willam City, built in Italy and sold there as a Lawil (Lambretta Willam). The convertible version was called Willam Farmer.
